Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our fortune-telling systems and calculations.
General
What is Fortune Chart System?
Fortune Chart System is a comprehensive fortune-telling platform that combines multiple Eastern and Western wisdom traditions including BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Numerology, Western Astrology, Enneagram, Tarot, and I-Ching to provide personalized destiny readings.
How accurate are the calculations?
Our calculations are 100% verified against established references and celebrity birth data. We have passed 114+ tests across all systems including BaZi (55/55), Western Astrology (11/11), Numerology (16/16), and Tarot (8/8).
Are the readings deterministic?
Yes, all our readings are deterministic. The same birth data will always produce identical results. We use no random number generators - all calculations are based on traditional formulas and algorithms.
Products
What is the difference between the three products?
Soul Blueprint ($19.99/mo) combines Enneagram, Western Astrology, and Tarot for spiritual self-discovery. Destiny Code ($29.99/mo) combines BaZi, Numerology, and Enneagram for career and business guidance. Star Destiny ($49.99/mo) combines Zi Wei Dou Shu, BaZi, and I-Ching for comprehensive Chinese astrology.
Do I need to know my exact birth time?
Birth time is required for Zi Wei Dou Shu (Star Destiny) and accurate BaZi hour pillar calculations. For Soul Blueprint and basic Destiny Code readings, birth date alone provides meaningful results.
Can I try before subscribing?
Yes! You can generate free sample readings for all three products without subscribing. Visit any product's calculate page to try it out.
Technical
What calculation methods do you use?
We use traditional algorithms including Julian Day calculation for BaZi, lunar-calendar library for Gregorian-to-Chinese conversion, NaYin tables for Zi Wei Ming Ju, Pythagorean reduction for Numerology, and tropical zodiac for Western Astrology.
How do you handle leap months in Chinese calendar?
Our lunar-calendar library correctly handles intercalary months (闰月) from 1891-2100. Leap months are properly accounted for in all Chinese astrology calculations.
What is the Lichun adjustment in BaZi?
In BaZi, the Chinese year starts at Lichun (立春, around February 4), not January 1. We correctly apply this adjustment so someone born January 15, 1985 is calculated as 1984 in BaZi.
